...he is posing near a pile of rocks that we passed on the trail called the "PetRockPile." The sign behind him says "Have a pet? Had a pet? Add a rock." So I added a rock for Tahoe and Babu added a rock for Ashley. (In total, it took us about 8 hours to hike from Bull Run Marina to Bull Run Park and back on the Bull Run-Occoquan Trail.)
Tahoe and Ashley did not join us for the hike - as hard as it might be to believe, those indoor pooches have delicate paws so I thought it best to leave them at home. We did take them out on a few shorter walks during the weekend and yesterday. They have also been spending a lot of time with Brian on the couch and enjoying the treats and snacks that he gives them - he totally spoils them! It's nice to have our family back together again.
